Had I worked with a professional coach earlier as a lawyer and a teacher, as a parent, and as an expat, I would certainly have overcome some tough experiences with more ease and more satisfaction.
Coaching has given me greater purpose, passion and clarity. The idea of belonging to something bigger than one country, one label, one culture or one language is now key to the coaching approach I bring to clients.

The program I have developed is based on Emotion, Movement, Uniqueness and Evolution. If sensations and a full body experience are key components of my approach, my work is also structured with the latest neuroscience research and mindfulness, and grounded in strong academics.
As a CTI Co-Active® and ICF Coach, and a The Daring Way™ Facilitator, I bring a wealth of coaching knowledge and experience in supporting my clients.

Belonging to many places and cultures (I am French, living in UK, have lived many years in the US and Belgium, and I have Moroccan origins), I share the values of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and I deeply understand how powerful people become when they fully own who they are.

I coach clients to achieve their full potential by focusing on their needs, inspiring and challenging them to give of their best, and supporting them as they progress. I utilize a structured approach that leverages both creativity and "fun", and focuses on long-term results.
